Rules clarification requested, or more of a preference of procedure question.

When changing to a more recent find should one...
1) Make a new entry?
2) Edit the original and add the new one under the old one?
3) Edit the original removing the previous entry?

Either edit will be stamped at the bottom right.
Should there be some sort of notification that a change occured? Like my update notice entry or a comment here, something else?
I guess you can see how I decided to do it... Will that suffice?

I'm easy! Any way is fine.

I think for ease of editing, I would prefer just to delete the old entry and put a new one at the bottom so there's a "NEW" notification on the thread.

By the way, nicely played - you stole one bonus from me and one from GPN! So far this week you went from 5 bonuses to 3 bonuses to 0 bonuses and now back to 2!

So the BEST method is to DELETE your previous log and enter your latests find that you think is a better entry as a new post.

To do this:
Click the gear icon at the top of your last entry and select DELETE POST.
Then post your current find as a new post to the thread.

This will make it easy for the Game Master to see what cache find you wish to enter into the contest without complication or confusion.

It may all come down to stratagy for each week. (finding the best cache to optimize your Fantasitic 5 entry0
Find the right cache at the right time to overcome your adversaries.

Actually, PostNet's entry is valid for everything BUT loneliest.

If nobody else enters, PostNet's entry gets bonuses for Newest, Oldest, Most Found, and Most Favs. A nice entry worth 5 points.

However, if ANYBODY enters ANYTHING, that entry will earn Oldest (most likely - if not, then Newest... or if same date of publish, Oldest AND Newest bonus will be cancelled out for both entries), Most Found (if an FTF, most found bonus will be cancelled), and Most Favs (or will cancel out the bonus with 0 favs).

I guess everyone waits until the end of the week to see what they need to beat. I couldn't wait, I had to get out and make a find.
