The Perfect 10 2.0

Can you attain the Perfect Ten?
Find a cache that meets the requirements and score a Perfect Ten
10/24/21 - 12/31/21
We are gonna mix things up in "Perfect 10 2.0". Two major differences... New Categories, and You can enter more than once a week!
Each round's categories will be listed at the beginning of the round. The round will continue until a "Perfect 10" is found.
You can enter anytime AFTER YOUR LAST ENTRY IS SCORED. Scoring will happen randomly immediately to 3 or 4 days of your entry!
Unlike the original "Perfect Ten" contest, your entry ***CAN*** be a PMO cache, but the chosen Perfect 10 cache IS NOT a PMO.
An unactivated Geocoin will be given out to the entrant with the most Perfect "Perfect 10" entries (or "Perfect 10 Guess Submission") by the end of the contest. Should there be a tie between several contestants, we will continue the contest in SUDDEN DEATH until one of the tied contestants submits another Perfect "Perfect 10".
Here are the Categories for the Perfect 10 (ROUND 1)
Some categories have limited options, listed in parentheses after the category. The Perfect 10 cache will have one of the options listed.
1 Cache Name contains the letter *** (C, Z, M, P, G)
2 Cache Name contains *** words (see definition below)
3 Cache code contains the letter *** (F, U, S, Q, H)
4 Listed Owner's Name contains the letter *** (X, H, J, L, Y)
5 Number of "Attributes" is *** (0, 1, 3, 5, 7)
6 North Coordinate is north or south of Charlotte City Center 35° 13.62534 N (north, south)
7 West Coordinate is east or west of Charlotte City Center -80° 50.58784 W (east, west)
8 Difficulty star rating is ***
9 Terrain star rating is ***
10 The year the cache was hidden in was ****
"words" are strings of characters delimited by spaces, for example:
"Cache 45 on 77" contains 4 words
"myspacebarisbroken" contains 1 word
"sdha sadf akjh" contains 3 words
"This is a cache ! ! !" contains 7 words
The trick here is that no one knows what those goals are.
Find a cache each week and enter it in the contest.
After your entry, we will reveal who gained points for meeting any of the goals with their entry.
You take that information and submit another entry with the knowledge you gleened from the previous entries to get closer to the Perfect 10, ANY TIME AFTER YOUR PREVIOUS ENTRY IS SCORED.
How to Play:
You can enter a cache you find to be "scored" to help determine what the actual Perfect 10 cache is. Find a cache, and submit as described below.
You can enter a "Perfect 10 Guess Submission" WITHOUT finding a cache, but "Guess Submissions" will not be scored by category - you will only receive a "YES" or "NO" score if indeed it is a Perfect 10 or not.
You may only enter one cache at a time. You cannot enter another cache until your previous entry is scored.
You may change your entry until it is scored. (an indicator will be added to each post when it is scored)
Scoring will not occur at a specific time or day.
You will not be told which goals were met.
Use your own process to determine which goals may have been met and by which caches to select your next entry
The first person to enter a Perfect 10 cache will win the round, and a new round will start.
How to post your entry:
Just copy/paste the below information from the cache page:
Cache Name:
Cache Code: (with link)
Listed Owner:
Date Hidden: (month / year)
Coordinates:
Difficulty:
Terrain:
Number of Attributes:
***IF THE SUBMISSION IS NOT A CACHE FIND SUBMISSION, and is a "Guess" submission, note that it is a "Guess"!***

Detailed Rules:
Caches found on alternative sites may be used but may not have all goals needed for a Perfect 10.
Caches without exact matches for the Perfect 10 categories may not substitute similar categories (alternative sites)

Scoring will not occur at a specific time or day and may occur multiple times during the week.

Some Notes:
This game is based on a single cache that DOES meet all goals.
The Goal is attainable
