I haven't mentioned much about OCNA since the move so...
Yep, we are still there plugging along. There are new members being added and new caches all the time but all at a much lower volume than GCdotcom.
Some news to report on OCNA:
Benchmarks are being added as a new cache type. Not sure exactly how it is being implemented but we devised a format for Benchmark submissions as well. That part may be optional but when used it makes it really clear and stands out from a normal cache page. We will be permitting ANY survey type mark in this catagory from any of the NA countries. There are already several listed as VIRTUALS on the site. We expect these to migrate to the new cache type. I will be adding several in Charlotte.
OC Code is being updated to the newest OCPL code. The general look will be the same with a few new options in several areas. This should also correct all of the remaining issues that we suffered after a major crash of the system several months back. We have altered a few of the attributes (adding / removing) as well as removing some of the lesser used cache types and making them an attribute under another cache type.
There will be GEOPATHS which are user created routes to various caches in an area. Sort of a multi cache created using owned and others' caches with a theme. We are looking into adding something that is only found in the Polish OC node, Merit Badges. They look similar to the souviners on GCdotcom but in this case would represent States and Provinces with a leveling function as more in each area are found. That one looks really interesting.
This has been ongoing for a while with some big advancements this last weekend.
Looking forward to the new site and Benchmarks as a cache type.
And yes I do see GCGC members on the site now and then, thanks and keep checking back.
